DIY Moulds and Formliners - In a few easy steps

Step 1 - Choose the right material (RECKLI-PUR-Elastomer)

Step 2 - Create your shape or mould

Step 3 - Apply the Reckli release agent to your mould

Step 4 - Put sides around your mould

Step 5 - Mix the Polyurethane rubber with the harding agent

Step 6 - Pour the Polyurethane rubber over your mould

Step 7 - Level the Polyurethane rubber

Step 8 - Wait the recommended period of time for the formliner to dry

Step 9 - Strip your formliner from your mould

Step 10 - Roll the formliner around a carton roll for storage
